Payment is required at the time of treatment via check or credit card.
Cancellation Policy
We will bill you if you miss an appointment. If you need to cancel, please let us know 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Fees
Initial evaluation + treatment: $165 - $180
Follow-up Treatments: $105 - $130
Insurance Billing
We do not bill insurance companies. If your insurance plan covers acupuncture, we are happy to supply you with a coded bill that you can submit for reimbursement.
You are responsible for payment when treatments are received, regardless of insurance coverage.
First Visit
The first visit usually lasts around an hour and a half. Please print and complete the health history form before you come to your appointment. Here are a few more tips to optimize your visit:

Wear loose, comfortable clothing, or bring something to change into.

Eat a little something before you come.

Try to arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out paperwork.

If you have a referral or chart notes you would like me to see, please bring those as well.

The first visit begins with a thorough intake, lasting 30 minutes. You will be asked about your primary complaint as well as your general health history. This will give a more complete picture of how your body functions.
Next we will discuss a treatment plan. The last part of the visit involves the needling session itself. The needles are inserted and then left in from 20 to 45 minutes.
After Treatment
Try not to over schedule yourself for the rest of the day and drink plenty of water (1-2 liters).
In some cases a soft stool might occur because the body is cleansing itself.
